The photo on the NFT shows the flamingo lily type of flowers. There are more than 700 variants of the flamingo lily (anthurium) species. These flamingo lilies are native to Ecuador. They grew in the Hawaiian rainforest that is considered to be the last lowland rainforest in the United States.
The links to certificates show that Elisabeth Green protected that forest. She pulled the weeds to allow these flowers to grow on their vines. She chased away the wild pigs that were damaging the native forest. She stayed there alone protecting the rainforest that removed carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. That is how she got the credit for postponing climate disasters.
The non fungible token (NFT) represents one kilogram of the carbon dioxide that was removed from the atmosphere by the Hawaiian Hawk habitat forest within the boundaries of tax map key 3-1-3-9-23 located at coordinates 19.465 latitude and -154.942 longitude. The NFT entitles the bearer to offset one kilogram of emitted carbon dioxide or entitles the lifetime climate-neutral to emit one kilogram of carbon dioxide. The NFT is one of a limited edition that meets the highest standards. This NFT series contains unique carbon removal date and GPS coordinates to prevent double-counting.
