Terrorists can communicate with each other, and do whatever it takes to meet their needs. However, in the US government, sharing intelligence was a "career ender" for intelligence officials in the US. Thus, John Ashcroft testified at the 9 11 commission hearings. At the hearings, Condaleeza Rice said that the system is the problem.
The system bombed a mosque, and allowed the torture of prisoners of war. That is guaranteed to hurt and anger a religious people. It piles insult on top of injury. Might it incite them to bomb the places of money worship in the USA? Lt. Col. Karen Kotowski said, "For 20 years, I worked for a government that wasn't what I thought it was. These people have no respect for the Constitution. Preemptive war is a violation of what this country stands for."
"The invasion of Iraq completely undermined the war on terrorism." William Hartung and Richard Clark have been speaking out against invasion. Invasion was a hostile reaction. It was evidence of disease. The disease has been called testosterone toxicity and addiction. Were the invaders addicted to hostility, clandestine activity, power over others, violence or money?
Addictions have disabled many officials from performing their jobs. That is, when their jobs were to represent or protect, not to coerce or destroy. "We should hold at risk what they care about. Do not just punish them. Do strategic damage." Condaleeza Rice spoke out against terrorists.
Will damage and punishment bring justice and peace? Restoration and healing are more workable solutions. Money-worshippers believe in sacrificing people for profit. They do not want a solution. They want to exploit the problem.
Fred Fielding said, "Surely the most important customer of the intelligence agency is the president," not the American people.
These dangerous diseases usurp natural resources. They are not sustainable. Government by the diseased is not sustainable. They need time off to heal. Replace the diseased with healthy leaders.
Crime is on the rise in California, where 20% of the USA lives. The system is not getting better. Federal Emergency Management Agency manager Bruno wants taxpayers to support it. That is not the solution.
Solution: How are we to hold representatives accountable?
We shall hold violence commission hearings bringing responsive parties to account.
Like the 9/11 commission, it will ask some of the hard questions.
Why doesn't the Immigration and Naturalization Service adequately keep terrorists out?
Why aren't there adequate measures to prevent violence in the USA?
Can we, the people, replace incompetent intelligence agencies?
How can we use the internet to prevent terrorism?
How can we empower victims of violence to identify violence addicts?
How can we empower victims of terrorism to deport/reform/correct terrorism addicts?
Are the 12 Tools enough to help offending violence addicts recover health?
Why are taxes used to promote war and not the violence addiction recovery industry?
Can dual-use policy turn military service into rehabilitation of violence addicts?
All public servants shall respond truthfully to any questions. No deals may release anyone from testifying. All victims of violent crime may ask questions through the Violence Commission.
