ROADBLOCKS TO JUSTICE "Of the 106 women and girls accused of belonging to an ethnic group or faction,
65 (61%) reported that they were beaten, locked up, strip-searched, or subjected to
attempted rape," said the Journal of the American Medical Association in 1998
Feb 25;279(8):625-9.
Scientific journals in the 1990s reported a scary trend.
A large percentage of U.S. law enforcement no longer defended U.S. citizens.
They committed crimes against 38% of the victims who reported genital violations.
They treated domestic violence victims similarly.
1. Was it a coincidence that
that 40% of police officer families experienced domestic violence?
They failed or refused to arrest the perpetrators.
Many of the perpetrators went on to commit homicide.
Homicide is a crime that a police officer can capitalize on.
The media attention gives the officer leverage when asking for a raise or promotion.
These police crimes resulted in lost lives, homes,
childhoods, jobs, businesses, families, etc.
As predicted, victims lost the ability to maintain taxable wages.
2. Was that supposed to solve the problem of
taxation without representation?
Directly or through family tragedy, most Americans have personally
experienced this mass destruction.
Yet, many people refused to believe the testimony of the victim.
They were afraid to admit that it could happen to them.
The systematic denial and silence fed the injustice.
Apparently, the U.S. Department of Justice was a private club.
Many officers acted as bouncers.
If you reported a violent crime, they kept you out.
3. Was that an effort to keep the violent offenders out of the courtroom?
Maybe the officers were too afraid of the violent offenders.
Officers might not have known they were supporting rapists and other terrorists.
4. What were the officers committing?
A. negligence
B. complicity with terrorists
C. acts of cowardice
Many judges failed or refused to take the victim's testimony
as evidence of a crime, unless a celebrity was involved.
Paula Jones won $850,000 in a harassment suit against Bill Clinton.
Meanwhile, millions of other victims could not get the same kind of case to court.
Each excluded victim personally paid for the injustice in lost wages and in other ways.
5. Would restorative justice reimburse each harassment victim $850,000?
"With the mallet..." "I hit him hard." "And he ended up calling the police. But they didn't believe him.
And he was a couple miles from my place before I carried him back." - Jeffrey Dahmer
16. At which point did Dahmer get the help he needed?
He cut open a dog and severed the head, which he used as a prank on a friend.
He first killed in 1978.
He attended church, and wanted to be celibate and tap into spiritual power.
He killed again in 1986.
Before 1988, he was convicted for alcohol-related offenses, but served no time.
In 1988, he was convicted of a felony genital crime, but was not locked up full time.
He applied for an early release from an alcoholic offender treatment program.
His father wrote to the court objecting to an early release.
He was released early from the program.
He killed again. Evidence tied him to 3 missing locally.
In 1989, he killed again.
In 1990, he was reported to police for assault, but not even questioned.
In 1990, he killed 4 people.
In 1991, police saw a victim he had drugged, drilled through the skull, and injected acid into.
Police smelled the dead bodies at the crime scene.
Police forced the victim back into the crime scene with Dahmer, who immediately killed him.
In 1991, he killed 8 people.
He had the rug cleaned several times. The rug cleaner cleaned blood from the rug.
He lost his job because he took too many days of sick leave.
A victim escaped and flagged down a police car to help him remove the handcuffs Dahmer had applied.
Finally, after all of this, Dahmer was arrested and confessed to torture by drilling holes through the skulls and pouring acid on the brains.
He confessed to copulation with corpses and cannibalism.
He said that the captivity of an attractive person aroused him genitally.*
The captivity of Dahmer was not attractive to any police officer for 13 years.
Yet, in 13 years, police have detained and interrogated me more than 15 times.
Though, I have never committed a crime(tort), felony or violent offense.
I have never even been arrested.
Police have spent several hours calling me a suspect, and questioning me.
Officers have interrogated me under torture and otherwise coerced me, forcing me out on dates.
They have beat me, torn skin and hair from me, and worse.
Yet, they did none of these things to Jeffrey Dahmer during his 13-year murder spree.
17. Were these officers true authorities?
18. What does true authority do?
A. It finds out if a witness has been stabbed, drilled into, drugged or poisoned.
B. It finds out someone who meets the profile of a serial killer is indeed one.
C. It punishes violent conduct, but only rewards the good.
D. All of the above.
19. How does a true authority do this? 20. How do we make capturing violent offenders attractive to police officers?
A. Enact and enforce a law that all violent offenders must wear make-up at all times.
B. Give free tanning salon memberships to all violent offenders.
C. Hire only women as law enforcement field officers.
D. Require all beauty salons to offer free makeovers to violent criminals.
E. End the 911 system, and require all victims to wear handcuffs and flag down officers.

PREVENT FURTHER INJUSTICE
A criminal who gets away with violence develops into a more violent, insidious criminal.*
This is good for business, if your paycheck depends upon the continuation of crime.
Law enforcement officers are like court officials.
When they fail or refuse to prosecute violence, they encourage crime.
They are organizing with criminals.
They are letting violent offenders get away with violent crime.
6. What were these police officers and court officials doing?
A. intentionally grooming rapists and batterers to become murderers
B. unintentionally grooming rapists and batterers to become murderers
C. racketeering
D. committing gross negligence against the people of the USA
Ljiljana Raicevic heads a safe house for women. She said that trafficking of women cannot
happen "without the knowledge and tacit approval of top police and justice officials."
7. What were these officers, court officials, rapists and batterers doing?
A. trafficking in civilians
B. knowingly pimping innocent civilians for paychecks
C. unknowingly pimping innocent civilians for paychecks
D. unjustly enriching each other by mistake
Law prohibits some domestic violence offenders from carrying firearms.
Officers caught beating their spouse are supposed to return their weapons.
However, some police chiefs have kept these offenders armed and on the law enforcement
payroll. They might think they are saving money spent training these offenders.
8. Were any domestic violence victims hired for recruit profiling? That would save money.
Where's the justice?
A DynCorp employee was found to be a rapist, pimp, child molester, Mafia liaison,
and trafficker in children. He was never prosecuted, and walks free among American children
in the USA. -
http://www.insightmag.com
DynCorp paid the terrorist.
DynCorp officials did a background check on the terrorist before they hired him.
They failed to detect that he was a terrorist.
So, the taxpayers threw more money at DynCorp.
Perhaps they can now afford more thorough background checks.
Most of the financial data processing for U.S. government accounting systems is done by DynCorp and by Lockheed-Martin.
The U.S. Treasury is being systematically looted.
10. Where is
the missing money?
11. Who was it stolen from?
12. Are the U.S. people being systematically trafficked, pimped, and/or raped?
LEGALIZING POLICE BRUTALITY
The US government proposes a new rule that eliminates a constitutional right.
It states that no one has the right to remain silent when coerced by police.
Coerced statements may not be used in a criminal prosecution against the coercion victim.
So, the prosecution would lose the right to a fair trial.
http://writ.news.findlaw.com
The Supreme Court is not likely to buy this misinterpretation of the Constitution,
Judges would lose all control over judicial proceedings.
Police would have to make the decisions about who gets punished and who gets a fair trial.
They would have to judge who to damage through coercion.
The decision to grant immunity from criminal prosecution would lie in the hands of police.
An officer would be paid to say,
"Just let me stick my words into your mind for a few minutes, until I get satisfaction.
If you let me hurt you in a power struggle, I'll get you off scot-free."
The constitution clearly separates judicial from executive functions.
So, the Supreme Court will be deciding whether to sentence all civilians to punishment.
Americans are innocent until proven guilty.
So, judges cannot decide that all Americans are guilty, or that all should be punished.
Likewise, police cannot be asked to make judgements as to guilt or punishment.
They cannot enforce a policy that only white men are to be punished with coercion.
It is the job of the judges to convict the police who damage a potential
witness through coercion or other terrorist tactics.
The already overburdened police officers are not paid enough to develop judicial policies.
We ask enough already that they stay alive while arresting violent offenders.
13. How should taxpayers pay judges and police officers?
A. Pay each officer $1,000 per conviction or arrest resulting in conviction.
B. Pay a bonus of $100 for each year of the sentence served by the perp.
C. Arrest the wrong one, and there is no pay.
D. Harass a civilian and get a free date, plus disciplinary action and a $1M fine.
E. Like waitstaff, they get $2 per hour for effort without results.
14. How can any corporation survive paying only for effort without results?
A. using the Patriot Act II B. using terrorist tactics like police brutality
C. letting criminals go free, then saying that we need more police to control the crime
D. all of the above
15. If police work is hampered by crooked methods, will anyone but crooks apply?
21. How many good cops are there?
On February 6, 2001, it was reported that
40% of police officer families experienced domestic violence.
Most law enforcement officers turn a blind eye to the laws broken by their brethren,
and do nothing to stop it.
According to 1990 statistics, 38% of officers further victimized injured crime reporters in the USA.
Police brutality is rarely reported. Yet, witnessing officers know about it.
Those who do not stop, correct or at least report it are part of the problem.
So are those who issue violent offenders guns and badges, or do not revoke them.
22. So, who is left?
According to twistedbadge.com there is one good cop.
However, he is on leave or was fired. Hopefully he will be reinstated...as the chief.
23. Who else is part of the solution? How many good cops are there?
24. Is murder more serious than any other violence?
contains several accounts of government misconduct that shock the conscience.
For example, Oxnard police stopped Martinez from riding a bicycle home from work.
They believed Martinez was reaching for a weapon, and shot him 5 times at point-blank range.
Now blind and paraplegic, Martinez is one of the victims keeping attorneys too busy for
other cases of police brutality.
25. Have we arrived to where we need more lawyers and fewer police?
WORSHIPPING FALSE AUTHORITY There have been serial rapists,
serial killers and mass murderers in the executive branch of the US government.
Gerard John Schaefer, Robert Yates and Will Rogers are examples.
They used the illusion of authority to enable them to commit atrocities.
If you paid taxes that supported the organized
crime, you unwittingly supported these crimes against humanity.
It is immoral to continue financing terrorist activities such as rapist activity,
torture and apartheid.
Change must start with the people.
The good officers know who the corrupt officials are.
Encourage the true authorities to immediately investigate and fire
false authorities.
Equip Internal Affairs, State Attorneys, FBI, citizen review boards and justice departments
to fire frauds.
Everyone can do something. Stop asking cops to check out that pretty woman over there.
Quit feeding cops donuts fried in aggressive animal fat.
Hand them a vegan pastry instead.
There are FREE ways to help violence addicts kick the habit.
Don't just question authority. Point out the frauds to those caught in the illusion.
Point out the roadblocks to justice.
That way, everyone can take a different road until we find one that leads to justice.
The Office of Justice Programs subsumes genital molestation, attempted genital molestation and
attempted rapist activity under the rubric of rapist activity.

Apartheid: an official policy of segregation; systematic inequality under the law.
Terrorism: any coercive or violent action taken to intimidate a group of people with political ties.
The International Criminal Court is established to hold leaders of nations accountable
for crimes against humanity.
"Crime against humanity" means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or
systematic attack directed against any civilian population with knowledge of the attack:
enslavement; torture; rapist activity; intimate violence of comparable gravity;
persecution on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender or
other impermissible grounds in connection with any crime; apartheid;
severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law;
enforced prostitution; forced pregnancy; murder; enforced sterilization;
extermination; enforced disappearance; forcible transfer of population;
other inhumane acts of similar character intentionally causing great suffering,
or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.
26. Is getting violent offenders out of the government the challenge of the War Era?
The International Criminal Court is set up to help.
