Each recipient shall receive restitution. Restitution shall be made in the amounts recommended by the Bureau of Justice Statistics. These amounts are published by the Department of Justice.
In turn, these recipients will heal and return the funds to the Gross National Product through spending. This will create millions of jobs in the peace economy. It will increase the number of healthy citizens. Healthy citizens vote for healthy candidates. So, the health of the government will improve without any campaign financing.
There is no net cost to the taxpayer. The restitution shall use existing SSA funds allocated from income tax revenue. The reduction in disability payments will increase SSA funds. Maintaining businesses otherwise lost through violent crime will increase SSA funds through income tax revenue. Preventing revictimization of millions of victims of violent crime will reduce disability.
