There is an economic way to reduce interpersonal violence.
Economically remove the motive for such violence.
Regulate lawful violence in every jurisdiction.
Tax it out of existence.
Murder, imprisonment or other violence against people shall not result in financial gain.
It shall result only in the restoration of victims of violence.
Repeal all laws that allow such enterprise to replace a less invasive way to prevent permanent injury of a citizen.
Any lawful enterprise that uses war, violence, incarceration, capture, coercion or force shall be nonprofit.
All revenue derived in whole or in part from it shall amount to restitution for uncompensated victims of violence.
Void all contracts that use the spoils of war as capital.
Confiscate all capital and income streams produced through prison labor.
Include the 4th R at all levels of publicly-funded education.
Include peace maintenance and crime reporting in all public school physical education and
civics curricula, respectively.
Provide children and adults with annual legal checkups to prevent torts.

Every product that contains violence shall be taxed for restoration of victims of violence.
Every violence producer, provider and advertiser
shall pay income tax into the restorative justice trust fund.
Itemized deductions do not apply.
Immediately implement restorative justice.
Restitution shall be submitted to uncompensated victims of violence.
It shall compensate them for all probable losses inferred by the Bureau of Justice Statistics.
This restitution shall complete a step in the process of restorative justice.
The restitution recipients shall be the US citizens victimized and disenfranchised by violent

It shall administer the restitution to all uncompensated victims in each category of
violent crime.
We require all police departments to use the recommendations made by Black Cops Against
Police Brutality, use of force reporting, and the hiring of female police chiefs whenever possible.
Some of these measures have been shown to reduce crime by 25 to 75%.
Hold government officials responsible for the protection and restoration of targets of violence.
Replace Department of Justice and court officials who have failed to restore justice in cases of violence.
Replace them with professionals who maintain a zero tolerance for violence,
such as human rights activists.
Prevent violence addicts from entering into society.

Government officials failed to prevent violent crime in the USA 5,744,000 times in 2001 alone.
We shall hold violence commission hearings bringing responsive parties to account.
The Violence Commission shall hold these hearings.
All public servants shall respond truthfully to any questions asked by the Violence Commission.
Neither public servants nor Violence Commissioners may cut deals that release anyone from testifying.
All victims of violent crime may ask questions of the Violence Commission.
We shall replace high failure rate defense and intelligence personnel.
We shall replace them with the citizens they failed to defend.
With Ex-POWs, civilian targets of frequent violence, and survivors of terrorist attacks.
They shall direct all overseas, domestic and immigration intelligence and defense activities, expenditures and procurements.
Decisions on intelligence and defense shall be made by consensus of all participating ex-POWs,
